TO HAVE AND TO HOLD for said purposes together with all and singular the rights, privileges, and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto HOMEOWNER\u2019S ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHERN WOODS, INC., their heirs, executor, administrators, successors, or assigns forever. Neither Grantor nor Grantor\u2019s heirs, executors, administrators, successors, or assigns shall have, claim or demand any right or title to the property or any part of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument is executed on this day of June, 2002.
